描述: 导管的取制工作已经成为制约飞机批产能力提升的重要瓶颈之一。飞机生产现场进行导管安装时需统筹安排、合理布局,一般遵循电缆让导管和支架、导管让支架的原则,因此导管支架位置的确定与否成为影响导管取制的重要因素之一。目前,导管支架安装手段落后,安装精度不高,支架位置变化频繁,导致导管实样更改的次数频繁,从而在整体上延误与影响飞机制造交付周期。激光投影技术采用数字化定位手段,将使导管支架的理论位置进行三维投影,从而使导管安装支架得到有效地控制与固化,缩短飞机导管取制周期,提升安装质量与精度。
