我国高速快捷运输市场中竞争替代的结构性特征研究——基于中国高铁与航空运输数据的经验分析

描述： 构建高速快捷运输市场中高铁与民航竞争的数理模型,从理论上分析二者之间的竞争替代关系,并依据2003—2016年全国161个民航通航城市的航空和高铁数据,利用连续时间DID法探讨竞争替代的具体结构性特征。结果表明:尽管中国民航与高铁运量双双持续增长,但全国范围内高铁开通显著导致城市航空客、货运量降低,并且对航空货运的冲击效果更强;这种冲击效果在西部地区表现最强,中部地区次之,东部最弱;城市拥有的高铁站等级越高,高铁对当地航空运输的影响越大。因此,为促进我国交通运输业长期健康发展,交通运输管理部门应统筹规划高铁和航空基础设施建设,引导二者协同发展,提高建设资金使用效率。
