- 描述： 中国民航客运销售代理业自二十世纪八十年代中期产生以来,随着民航业的发展而迅速发展,经历了管制期、成长期而进入成熟期。民航客运销售代理业拓展了航空运输销售市场的宽度和深度,减少了航空公司的销售投入,产生了良好的社会效益和经济效益,现占有中国民航客运销售市场70%以上的份额,市场地位极其重要。随着环境的变化,民航客运销售代理业正面临着国外旅游业者的强势进入和航空公司直销的重大威胁,市场竞争激烈,代理企业面临着前所未有的压力和挑战。在这种情况下,销售代理企业如何生存和发展,企业如何获取竞争优势,是整个行业面临的重大问题,本文对此进行了分析探讨。 全文共分为三章: 第一章介绍了民航客运销售代理业的定义、行业属性、分类、发展阶段,论述了民航客运销售代理业所起的作用。 第二章分析了民航客运销售代理业的宏观环境要素,论述了经济发展、政策监管、电子客票、在线分销对销售代理业的影响,运用五力模型分析了民航客运销售代理业的行业结构。 第三章介绍了国外民航客运销售代理行业发展状况,对比了国内外行业发展的差距,分析了我国民航客运销售代理业面临的问题和挑战及优势,探讨我国民航客运销售代理业如何发展,提出了经营规模化、服务专业化、业务多元化、管理现代化的发展思路,对企业如何选择三种基本竞争战略进行了分析。

- 描述： Under the new normal of China economic development,aviation economy,as a new economic form,plays a key role in enhancing regional economic competitiveness and promoting leap-forward development,which has become a new driving force for national and regional economic development.In order to speed up the development of aviation economy and the aviation economic status in Henan Province,it is extremely important to set up aviation economic think tanks and provide development strategies and intellectual support.Based on the current situation of the construction of aviation economic think tanks in Henan Province,this paper firstly finds out the problems existing in the construction of aviation economic think tanks in Henan Province by investigation and analysis,and finds out the theoretical basis for the problem,thus to determine the organizational elements of constructing aviation economic think tanks in Henan Province.Secondly,according to the elements of aviation economic think tanks in Henan Province,the operation mode of aviation economic think tanks is constructed,and the realization path of aviation economy think tanks in Henan province is put forward.Then,taking the example of ―Collaborative Innovation Center for Aviation Economy Development‖ as an example,this paper analyzes how this center organization plays an important role in the development of construction of aviation economic think tanks in Henan Province from aspects of development mode of the aviation economic think tanks.Finally,the shortcomings and problems to be solved are summarized in this paper.

- 描述： 本文以「中國特色社會主義理論」為研究理論，探討中國民航業的發展走向並分析台灣民航業者進入中國民航市場的發展策略。「中國特色社會主義理論」源自於中共各屆領導人所推行之施政綱領，並依據社會的演進不斷擴充其理論內涵。「中國特色社會主義理論」對中國國家的總體發展具有導引的作用，在經濟成長為主要施政目標的前提下，中國政府運用市場經濟的優點並維持政府在國家與社會等面向的嚴密掌控，呈現出開放與管制並行的特殊政經體制。「中國特色社會主義理論」內涵的不斷充實是檢視未來中國民航業發展的重要依據。民用航空業在中國的發展自「改革開放」以後同樣經歷了行政體制的變改、民航管制的解禁、外資投入的放寬等等，大幅度的改變中國民航運輸業原有的經營與管理模式，轉為將民航業視為特殊的產業並服膺於中國政府在區域經濟發展、綜合交通體系、高端產業技術提升、對外關係等宏觀政策的總體規劃。中國民用航空現階段將在中國政府的培植之下漸進的走向「開放天空」市場，推動中國民航業在東亞區域乃至全球建構「軸—幅飛航網絡」，以達成中國追求「民航強國」的長遠目標。在此一階段中，中國將汲取國際間先進的管理模式、民航產業技術與外國投資並在民航運輸的各個環節上與國際接軌、相互合作，促使中國民航業的健全發展。台灣的民航業者則在此階段中，暨可就現有的航權與協議內容開發大陸的民航市場，也可同時作為大陸民航體系的供應者，在相關產業上進行投資，擴充台灣民航業的營運規模，以促使兩岸的民航業能相互得益，是未來台灣民航業欲立足亞太不可或缺的關鍵。
